Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to physical products purchased from WaveClout (the “Company”), including NFC review plaques, cards, stands, and related products (the “Products”).

1) Returns – 30-Day Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your order must be delivered (based on carrier tracking), and

  • Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage (see Section 3).

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized Products made to your specifications,

  • Products that have already been activated, configured, or linked to a Google Business Profile, social media account, or online destination,

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete,

  • Sale or discounted items, unless required by applicable law.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Not Working

A) Shipping Damage

If your Product arrives damaged or scratched, you may be eligible for a replacement.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photo evidence of the issue.

B) Product Not Functioning (NFC Issue)

If your Product is not functioning correctly, please contact us first. In many cases, issues can be resolved with simple setup assistance.

If, after troubleshooting, we confirm the Product is defective, we may offer a replacement free of charge under our Lifetime Product Warranty.

Refunds for technical issues are only granted if a replacement is not feasible and the issue is confirmed by our support team.

4) How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, email us at wavecloutt@gmail.com with:

  • your order number,

  • reason for the request,

  • photos/videos if relevant.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5) Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to the original payment method,

  • processing time is typically 2–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).

6) Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • check your bank account again,

  • contact your card issuer,

  • contact your bank.
